Hilde Fredriksen

Hilde Fredriksen is a physical therapist, authorized as Specialist in Sports Physiotherapy and Specialist in Manual Therapy. In April 2021 she defended her PhD-thesis on «Prevention of shoulder injuries in handball. The challenge of implementation of preventive measures».
Hilde has worked at the Norwegian Olympic Training Center (Olympiatoppen) for more than twenty years, has worked as PT for the Norwegian Olympic Team six times and was head PT at the Olympic Games in London 2012 and Rio 2016.
Hilde is the past vice president of the Norwegian Society of Sports Physiotherapy, and she is the Norwegian delegate of the European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation.
She has also a background as a hurdler at international level.
